Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, especially thanks to the accommodating staff who really went out of their way to meet my needs. The location felt immersive, almost like being in the rainforest, and the room was comfortable and spacious. However, the room lighting was a bit dim, which made it challenging to read at times, and the breakfast could have offered a greater variety of meats. Overall, I felt it was a good value for the experience I had.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was ideal for visiting the falls. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, with poor food quality and service. Overall, it was good for a short stay but didn't quite live up to expectations.
I had a lovely time at the resort near Iguazu Falls. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the grounds were well-maintained, which really added to the experience. However, the dining options, especially during dinner, left something to be desired, particularly with the all-inclusive plan not covering drinks. Also, the transportation provided by the hotel was a bit pricey, so I'd suggest looking for alternatives.
I had high hopes for this hotel based on its location and amenities, but my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. The staff were accommodating and eager to help, and the communal areas were lovely, but certain aspects, particularly the dining experience and room amenities, left much to be desired. Overall, while the hotel has its appeal, there are several areas needing improvement to make it deserving of a higher rating.
The resort is beautifully maintained and close to Iguazu Falls, making it an ideal spot for relaxing between sightseeing. The staff are incredibly accommodating, which added a personal touch to our stay. However, the dining experience fell short due to a lack of quality and some miscommunication, and the breakfast options could use more variety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some room for improvements.
